In this case, we want to replace it with the correct spelling we'll select innovation with two 'n's here in the suggestions box and click change. Notice we can also choose to ignore this, ignore every occurrence of the word innovation with one 'n', or even add it to the dictionary. There's only one suggested replacement. When we click OK, we see those readability statistics: the number of words, characters, paragraphs, and sentences, the average sentences per paragraph, et cetera. Clicking change will replace it, and looks like spelling and grammar check is completed. I'm gonna go with telecommunication, and change. And you might think you're good to go, but I do recommend proof-reading. The next thing we'll want to do is save our changes of course. We'll click OK, knowing now that our document is better than it was before we ran the spelling and grammar checker. Zero percent passive sentences, that's good. So proof-reading is still necessary, but a lot of the work's already been done for us thanks to the spelling and grammar checker, here in Word on the Mac.
